Julias Khan Thakur, son of Abdur Rashid Khan Thakur, and mother Sherina Begum Thakur, was born on February 25, 1971, in Gopalganj, Bangladesh. During my high school years, I realized that Bangladesh urgently needed a fully democratic political party. With this thought in mind, I started preparing myself in early 2009 to establish a fully democratic party and began discussions with various political figures, including my mother. Encouraged and supported by many, I took the initiative to form a political party named Bangladesh Democratic Party around 2014-15. Despite numerous obstacles, I continued working towards this goal. Due to some personal difficulties, the process took longer than expected. Alhamdulillah, Allah has given us the opportunity to move forward. I urge all patriotic brothers and sisters to support and strengthen this party.
